Player auto-evaluation
You want to become a legend ... prove me you deserve it!

The following is a little form I designed that I give to my players every session we play. They can take notes down while we are playing and they return this to me when the session is over. The Game Master section was put there with the intention of giving me room to write my own comments when it came back, but I have never used it that way so my players use it in the way described below instead.

My experience with this system has shown that the players are more aware of the importance of playing their character's role and it also makes them think of what they should be rewarded on, excluding the creatures. Because, as you can see, they are not mentrionned. This also simplyfies my life when I try to award legend points at a later time and it also gives me a way to keep a crude log of the important events. I hope works as well for you as it does for me.
