Description
By telling one of his accomplishments that he is proud of, the honor seeker impresses the target. Make a shout of pride test using the social defense of the target as difficulty number. This has the same effect as lowering the target's charisma step and social defense by his half-magic rank. This effect lasts for a number of minutes equal to the strain taken by the Honor Seeker. If used on multiple targets, use highest social defense, +1 for each additional target as a difficulty number. A different event must be used each time it is used on one character.
If used in combat, the Boasts must be cut down to one sentence and still make sense. They also have less effect because the target can't appreciate it as much so the duration is cut down to a number or rounds, not minutes.
The step and social defense can not be lowered under 3.
