Cost 300 sp These items are specific to each discipline and often sold in guilds or other meeting places. They are normally reflecting a symbol of crystal that represents the discipline it was built for and a metal called Gaelstrum. It can be activated for the cost of 2 permanent damage points and gives the wearer, if part of the right discipline, +3 step to any discipline talent for 3 rounds. Talents that last one or two round may be used with the bonus multiple times in that duration. Talents with a longer duration do not loose their effect after the 3 rounds are over. You may not switch talent. Each torc will be used with only one talent chosen by the wearer. When attached, the blood flows through the crystal and when it touches the Gaelstrum, the metal melts and take the appearance of the wearer's skin making the charm look like a crystal encased in a wart. A Discipline torc installed on someone that is not of that discipline will cause a blood wound when removed.
